Salary: Up to €131000 per annum
General Practitioner (Specialist registration with managerial experience) – South Dublin
4 days per week, 2 in the clinic and 2 working from home managing a team of GPs. (hybrid)
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with colleagues in the client’s network to enhance community care, including urgent and hospital-at-home services.
- Promote disease prevention, champion clinical excellence, and actively engage with patient feedback.
- Contribute to effective clinical governance, ensuring adherence to quality and safety policies, protocols, and external standards
- Effectively managing a group of GPs oversees clinical operations, staff management, and financial aspects.
- Responsibilities include ensuring quality patient care, staff performance, and regulatory compliance.
- They also manage budgets, optimise operations, and foster a positive work environment.
Benefits:
- Salary-131,000k
- Unsociable allowance- 10,000k
- Bonus- up to 10% of basic salary
- Annual leave-25 days per year

- Income continuance – in the event of being out of work due to illness, you will get 3 months full pay and 3 months half pay thereafter
