THE PRACTICE and THE TEAM
A team-based approach pairs each patient with both a nurse and a GP, fostering continuity and a deep understanding of patients’ lives from infancy through to older age. On-site Health Coaches and Health Improvement Practitioners support patients’ wellbeing goals and the overall commitment to patient centred care.
LOCATION
Nelson is a vibrant city known for its sunny climate and artsy, laid-back vibe. It’s served by Nelson Airport, which offers regular domestic flights and is just 15 minutes from the city centre—making it easily accessible from major hubs like Wellington and Auckland. Popular activities include exploring Abel Tasman National Park, visiting local art galleries, and enjoying the region’s beaches, vineyards, and craft breweries.
