Recruitment isn’t a slow-cooked casserole. You can’t put the job ad “in the oven”, go on vacation, and expect great results when you return.
In fact, summer can be an excellent time to recruit. For many healthcare professionals, it’s a natural time to reflect, make career moves, and consider new opportunities.
Just make sure someone is home to answer the phone or email.
