Emergency Medicine Medical Officer - Malta

Head Medical has partnered with a hospital in the beautiful Mediterranean island of Gozo in Malta, to recruit for experienced emergency medicine doctors with around 4 years post-grad experience.   Gozo is a magical location where you will enjoy an enviable laid-back lifestyle and glorious weather.  As it is less urbanised than the main part of Malta, it provides a true haven of tranquillity where you can really enjoy the perfect work-life balance.

The area boasts stunning beaches with pristine clear water making it the ideal location for swimming and water sports.  Gozo is renowned for scuba diving thanks to its many reefs and caves and optimal conditions all year long.  It is also a great place for hiking, with coastal paths around most of the island with breathtaking views all around.  So if you enjoy the outdoors, this is the perfect location for you!  You can catch a short ferry ride to the main part of Malta where there are endless opportunities to explore a country rich in culture and history.

We are keen to speak with EU nationals, or, those with experience within an EU healthcare system holding recent Emergency Medicine experience who are proficient in English.  You will work within the emergency department in Gozo hospital supported by a team of senior medical staff.

To discuss these opportunities further, please contact Sharon Spence on +44 131 240 5276 or email Sharon@headmedical.com
